The vine at the base of this interesting wine to accompany cheese, cakes made with dark chocolate and pastries is the Primitivo of Gioia del Colle that the family Angiuli, thanks to Donato and his sons Vito and Giuseppe, wine in purity of vineyards sapling with an average age of 60 years, following the natural curves of maturation. The technique combines winemaking tradition, quality and technology: the harvest is manual, the crushing of grapes is soft and macerated with a submerged cap fermentation at a controlled temperature for 10 days. A sweet wine from the quality/price really interesting; shows the color of the original classic, ruby red violet, and with the typical aromas of sweet wines: they feel clearly, in a crescendo sensory enviable, dried figs, toasted almonds, myrtle, cherry and plum.
