A man of great depth and expertise that thanks to his personal history has a complete view of the relationship between man and nature and today choose to respect it by adopting the philosophy of organic farming. Omero Moretti follows every production process, from hand-picked of grapes to the work in the cellar, devoting the same care and precision that once reserved to oil and to care for their animals. Visiting his ten acres of vineyard in the town of Giano is the air of authenticity and genuineness to predominate our emotions, and the same feeling that are felt in the presence of Omero Moretti, a man who, almost twenty years ago, had the courage to turn his passion into a business. The cellar of Omero Moretti exploits the potential of the terroir in an approach as natural as possible, trying to keep the same expressive richness in the grapes, from vineyard to bottle.
