Gewurztraminer 'Flora' Girlan 2014

The Gewurztraminer "Flora" is one of the pearls of Girlan Winery, one of the largest wine in Alto Adige. A winery founded almost one hundred years ago, back in 1923, thanks to the will, the dedication and passion of 23 winemakers who decided to turn their dream into reality, in a historical farmstead of the sixteenth century. A reality that in less than a century has passed from 2.700 hectoliters of wine produced to the current 220 hectares of vineyards. Girlan is in the best productive zones Oltradige and the Lowlands. The factor of the soil in Girlan is balanced perfectly with the human: the winemaker is first of all a winemaker, the business is first and foremost report. Only with this exchange of roles you can give to turn a bunch of grapes in a great wine.
