Negroamaro 'Fichimori' Tormaresca - Antinori 2013

The Fichimori by Tormaresca is a fresh wine, dynamic in its structure and pleasant when served fresh. Extensive production unit, with over 350 hectares of vineyard, owned by the famous Tuscan winery Antinori, distributed between the Salento Peninsula and Castel del Monte, Tormaresca in 2008 celebrated 10 years of activity. The quality and reliability of wines Tormaresca is always guaranteed, the harvest at harvest, thanks to the reputation that precedes her "parents", the Marchesi Antinori. Thanks to the constant attention given to the grapes in the vineyard and winery, Tormaresca is able to donate wine with the excellent taste and aromatic profile. Passion, courage and confidence in the enormous potential quality that Puglia, and in particular the areas of Castel del Monte and the Salento, can be expressed, are the elements that led the Antinori to invest in this region; and today more than ever, Tormaresca a confirmation of the great names of wine from Puglia, now synonymous with absolute quality of its wines. With this Fichimori Tormaresca wanted to create a wine from Negraomaro, but revisited in a modern way, so as to make it cool, soft and pleasant.
