Curtefranca Bianco Ca' del Bosco 2015

The Curtefranca Bianco by Ca' del Bosco comes from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco and is able to give harmony and integrity, a white wine from Franciacorta that expresses the essence of this great winery in Erbusco. A wine that has its roots in 1972, the year of the first label, and still manages to impress for its excellent ability to evolve, with longevity for many unexpected.

We are in the vineyards of Erbusco, Cazzago San Martino and Passirano, in the heart of Franciacorta; here there are the 12 vine that give rise to Curtefranca Bianco, an example of the great style of Ca' del Bosco. Manual harvesting, fermentation exclusively in stainless steel tanks, aging of 8 months and bottling by gravity, without adding additional sulfites. In the glass it shows with a straw yellow with green highlights and offers a delicate bouquet where the fruity notes alternate with floral leaving nuances of golden apple, pear, plum and pineapple.
