The new and modern winery, allows careful work from picking to bottling. Every bottle is the result of a unique vintage, very representative of the Terroir. Each Vintage asserts his character and shows his own specificities. Of the 20 acres owned by the family, 15 are Grand Cru. From these prestigious vineyards comes the Chardonnay \"Moncuit-Delos\" which is characterized by its lightness and liveliness. The couvée is assembled in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then left to mature on the lees for a minimum of 48 months.
