Alberto Aiello Graci is a boy of thirty-five yeras old who has decided to change his life after studying economics and a job in Milan. He chose to return to Sicily and starting a new job, that of the winemaker. Today, almost two years joined him with the same dedication and passion younger sister, Elena. Since he started this new adventure, Alberto has always had clear ideas; has taken over the vineyards of a resplendent beauty: cultivated plants sapling that time, the climate and the work of winemakers have changed in form. Yes, because here nature has a force almost metaphysical and men are not the only players, but mostly actors and interpreters of the will of nature. The strength of Alberto was just that I understand this concept and have adequate; its wines have thus assumed a natural character, without superstructure created on purpose to impress the taster. Grapes and volcano, this are the wines of Graci, only interpreters of an extraordinary terroir. The winery is an old and majestic millstone recovered with mastery by Alberto. Here a part is occupied by the production structure, while a part, with vaulted ceilings, still houses the old barrels and tools for the production of wine. The wines, although the soul is not simple, always show a unique and enviable style of red Graci is always recognizable, filled with notes and harmonics, while whites give way to a minerality and flavor to a truly remarkable and impressive.
